CHORUS AUDITION DETAILS

The audition will consist of the following:

1. Vocalise to determine range and tessitura
2. Sight reading a short example
3. A vocal solo in the following possible genres:  Art song or aria (any language), hymn, folk song are also fine choices.
4. Memorization is not necessary.

Please email chorusauditions@foxvalleyorchestra.org  to schedule your audition or for more information.    The chorus personnel manager will be glad to answer questions.

Auditions will occur at Aurora University (Aurora, IL) Parolini Music Building in office 106.  The music building is on the northern side of the campus approximately where Randall Road and Marseillaise Street cross.

Parking is available on the street or in the parking lots near the building after 5pm.  Entrance to the Parolini Music Building is on the campus side of the building.  The street side will be locked for security reasons.
